美國政府關門16天，不但打亂經濟數據的正常公布，也減損本季經濟成長。據彭博最新調查，受訪經濟學家預估，美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）將把啟動QE（量化寬鬆）減碼的時間點延至明年3月。
