【突發中心／新北報導】新北市消防局接獲轉報，一名黃姓男子接到5歲的外甥來電說媽媽叫不醒了，黃男擔心妹妹輕生趕緊報案，目前警消分別前往黃女的手機帳單地址及最後發話位置，確認黃女是否有生命安危。
