關說醫院採購案　醫管會前執行長遭停用1年

【劉昌松／台北報導】衛生福利部桃園醫院醫師黃焜璋，因在前衛生署任職時，多次利用職權介入關說台北、桃園醫院採購案，圖利特定醫療器材廠商，今天遭公懲會以違反公務員應謹慎、不得關說等規定，處以撤職並停止任用1年的懲戒。

黃焜璋於2008年到2011年間，在衛生署擔任技監，並兼任衛生署醫院管理委員會執行長時，負責監督署立醫院的重要儀器設備管理，卻多次介入關說署立醫院的採購案，還收受部屬、前署立彰化醫院院長邵國寧贈送的琉璃飾品，因此遭到彈劾懲戒。

至於黃焜璋和邵國寧等署立醫院院長、醫師另涉採購回扣貪污案，仍由公懲會另案審議中。
