惠家香3款切結油品標示不符　函送法辦

【吳詠平／桃園報導】桃園縣惠家香實業有限公司所製造3款油品，被衛生局驗出標示不符，以違反《食品衛生管理法》函送法辦。

衛生局表示，惠家香3款油品分別是「純胡蔴油」為90%黑芝麻油、10%大豆油調合而成，「100%寶力士特優葵花油」是51%葵花油、49%大豆油調合而成，「苦茶油」則是苦茶油及大豆油以2:1比例調合成，卻標示「純苦茶油」。
 
 業者於10月30日查核時為這3款產品切結，保證無摻偽、假冒之情事。衛生局為保障民眾食品安全，強調打擊不法食品決心，依《食品衛生管理法》第49條第1項，函送桃園地檢署法辦，並要求業者回收這3項油品。
 
 衛生局再次提醒縣內各食品製造業者，主動檢視自家產品是否符合食品衛生管理法相關規定，如經查證涉及攙偽、假冒者，將從重依違反《食品衛生管理法》第49條第1項送法辦，可處3年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科新臺幣800萬元以下罰金。
