銅葉綠素流向　15家業者待查

【蔡明樺／台北報導】食品大廠福懋、南僑捲入銅葉綠素風暴，衛福部食品藥物管理署續追銅葉綠素流向，副署長吳秀英今指，統園公司供應下游28家廠商，目前已稽查10家業者合法使用於飲料、膠囊錠狀食品、湯品等，扣除南僑蕎麥麵、皇家可口3款冰淇淋等2家業者自主下架，以及2家產製非食品業者，還有14家待查；另豐煜供應2家廠商，除福懋外，另1家待查。

食藥署區管中心主任馮潤蘭說，皇家可口冰淇淋使用的銅葉綠素鈉，依法可使用於乳製品，冰淇淋屬乳製品的一種，皇家將產品下架屬自主管理。至於福懋向豐煜採買的銅葉綠素，是否違法添加於其它油品中，目前還在釐清。
