國際條碼原裝不可信 綠委批三不管

民進黨立委陳亭妃召開記者會，爆料市售許多進口油品，若打上「原裝進口」，就算在國內進行分裝、加工的工作，也無任何政府單位進行實際監督、查察，彷彿變成「三不管地帶」，光看「國際條碼」也無法辨識「產地國」到底在哪，原本用前3碼辨認產地的方式亦破功。

衛福部食管署簡任技正王貞懿指出，進口油品若經台灣分裝不可打上「原裝」字樣，涉及標示不實可罰4萬至20萬，但國際條碼非食品藥物管理署的權責業務。

財團法人商品條碼策進會處長胡榮勝則證實，國際條碼基本上是讓廠商自行處理，「條碼以品牌為主，不是以產地」，消費者若要了解產品資訊必須上網查詢相關資料，意即消費者無法從肉眼辨識進口油品的產地來源
