頂新屏東廠提639噸問題油品回收計劃

【陳宏銘／屏東報導】屏東縣衛生局上月抽驗頂新屏東廠所進的大統橄油─綠、萄萄籽油的銅葉綠素，比對檢驗結果出爐，呈陽性反應。食品衛生科長李佳芳表示，非法添加銅葉綠素可依《食品衛生管理法》第18條規定，處以3萬元到300萬元的罰鍰；若混充情節重大可依第15條規定的「摻偽或假冒」，業者甚至需面臨三年以下刑責，併科1500萬元以下罰鍰。但後續具體處分，需再等檢方偵辦證據，再行辦理。
 
李佳芳也表示，頂新屏東廠就遭查扣的油品已提出回收處理計畫書，目前回收總量為221桶紅色桶油品，及查封在倉庫內的日前查扣的味全21項代製油品共計639732公斤，及至本月十三日由屏縣各賣場通路下架回收的2554瓶相關油品；縣府將擇期監督執行。
