【趙大智／台北報導】藍正龍、周幼婷秘戀曝光，經紀人比利今天回應「兩人私交很好也時常聚會，如果是真的，感覺很棒」，至於被稱是藍正龍哥兒們、周幼婷前男友的馬志翔反應如何？他脫口說：「那不干我的事！」
 
意外嗎？馬志翔說：「還好，我知道他們是同門，而且談戀愛是好事。」但他承認和藍正龍至少2年「完全沒聯絡」，也不認為兩人是哥兒們，「那是拍《大醫院小醫師》時和馬國畢等走得比較近」。馬志翔結束和周幼婷5年情後，目前女友是李佳穎。
