俄國前首富、暴動小貓 可望獲普亭特赦

俄羅斯總統府人權顧問費多托夫4日表示，俄國前首富、石油大亨柯多可夫斯基和兩名反普亭的「暴動小貓」樂團成員，可望獲得總統普亭於今年底核准的特赦，重獲自由。

俄國前首富、石油大亨柯多可夫斯基（Mikhail Khodorkovsky）2010年12月底被判竊盜公司資產和洗錢罪，檢方求刑6年，刑期至2017年。此案受全球關注，因為柯多可夫斯基堅稱他是因觸怒普亭才會坐牢，案情和審判程序也充滿政治操弄痕跡，被視為俄國未來政治走向、人權和法治能否申張的指標。
