央行：台北房價所得比12.4倍,正常應在5倍左右,財長：台北房市達泡沫指標~~~~
我只能說,我們可憐的政府,整天只會說房價太高,光會想著如何抑制房價,不如想想如何讓國民的薪資所得上升到房價所的比5倍的水準~~昨天新聞說30年前的學徒薪水就已經22k,比對當今新鮮人起薪,我每看見新聞上說台灣房價過高,政府要抑制房價,我就愈看不起我們的政府~我爸常跟我說,看看別人,想想自己,真希望政府能張大眼睛看看鄰近的亞洲其他3小龍的經濟如何發展,再來討論我們的房價是否過高好嗎~~
