【張勵德／台北報導】今日東北季風減弱，台灣附近轉為偏東風到東南風，迎風面的東半部地區有短暫雨，北部地區有局部短暫雨，中南部地區維持多雲到晴；氣溫方面，今各地氣溫持續回升，白天高溫可達攝氏24到28度，不過早晚低溫僅攝氏16到19度，日夜溫差較大，提醒早晚外出民眾要注意保暖。

中央氣象局表示，明起鋒面通過伴隨東北季風再度轉強，北部、東半部地區及金門、馬祖有短暫雨，中南部山區也有局部短暫雨，其他地區維持多雲，各地氣溫再度下滑，約降攝氏3到5度，北部地區低溫約攝氏14到15度，高溫約攝氏22到23度，中部地區低溫約攝氏14到16度，高溫約攝氏22到24度，南部地區低溫約攝氏17到18度，高溫約攝氏26度，東部地區低溫約攝氏15到18度，高溫約攝氏21到23度。

氣象局提醒，這波東北季風預計會持續影響到周四，北部、東半部地區有短暫雨，中南部地區日夜溫差較大，民眾需留意。
