仍在駕訓班受訓的21歲林姓男子，今天下午開著剛買的二手手排轎車載友人外出，當他要把車輛開出停車位時，不甚撞倒前方整排機車後，疑離合器控制不當、方向盤失控，再衝向一旁夜市準備擺攤攤商，並波及路上機車後才停住。林姓男子共撞到7車，造成3人骨折及擦傷，另有1人傷勢較重，傷及腦部，仍在加護病房觀察。警方表示，林男並無酒駕、吸毒。
