iTunes 無法同步音樂到 iPhone...

某天 iTunes 突然不能同步新加入的歌曲到 iPhone 裡
　
　
例如：
iTunes 裡有 20 首歌（10 首新加入的）、容量 100M （新加入的40M）
"同步音樂"打勾時，下方的容量條顯示音樂的部分是100M
可是按了"同步"後，上方的同步步驟並沒有出現傳送新的歌曲（但如果是app則有）
同步跑完之後，容量條會縮回、變回原本的 60M
iPhone 裡當然也沒有新的歌...
　
而且點"在這台 iPhone 上"的音樂，有一半以上(包括新歌)呈現灰字(有打勾但不能點)、勾勾前面有虛線圓圈的狀態
直接點是無法播放，但從 iPhone 卻可以播（新歌無法傳送所以根本沒出現...）
　
　
已試過"授權這部電腦"、"將較高位元率歌曲轉換為 ACC"選項點掉、備份後重置 iPhone （更慘，從備份回覆後變成所有歌曲都同步不進去，幸好有更早之前的備份檔案...）
　
　
請問各位 apple 達人，為什麼會突然不能同步音樂？
　
還有什麼其他的方法可以改善嗎？
