聖誕網購高峰期　德亞馬遜員工罷工求加薪

【國際中心／綜合報導】聖誕前夕正是網購高峰期，德國亞馬遜員工選在16日開始罷工，以要求資方提高工資。工會發言人表示，16日早上5時30分起，位於北部萊比錫、巴德赫爾斯菲爾德及南部的格拉本等地的亞馬遜員工聯合罷工，其它地區的發貨中心也準備聲援。工會計劃先罷工一天，如果資方沒有回應，罷工將持續到聖誕節。

由於為維持網路商店可以低價販售，亞馬遜一直採取低工資制並大量雇用短期員工，先前工會與亞馬遜談判要求為員工加薪並改善工作環境，不過亞馬遜認為員工的日常工作是替產品上下架、打包、發貨，完全具備典型的物流行業特徵，因此也應按該行業標準支付工資。亞馬遜發言人表示，德國亞馬遜員工獲得的工資已達物流行業的最高上限，沒有加薪的空間。

由於談判失敗，工會號召員工在聖誕購物高峰期舉行罷工。另外美國西雅圖的亞馬遜總部，也有員工同日舉行罷工聲援德國同事。
