關說案疑雲多　司改會籲檢評會公開資料

【黃揚明／台北報導】針對檢察官評鑑委員會本月14日公布監聽國會及關說案調查結果，民間司改會執行長林峯正今舉行記者會指出，檢評會僅對前高檢署檢察長陳守煌、檢察官林秀濤做出建議警告處分，而法務部僅將陳調離檢察長職務，兩人仍是檢察官，「社會大眾能接受關說和被關說的人繼續擔任檢察官嗎？」

他表示，今將依《檔案法》向檢評會申請閱覽相關調查資料，也呼籲檢評會將所有調查資料公布，以昭公信。
