超豐12月業績 估優去年同期

法人預估，消費電子封裝廠超豐12月業績，可較去年同期略優，第4季業績季減幅度約個位數百分點。

觀察12月，法人表示，超豐12月業績表現，仍需檢視月底客戶盤點因素，預估12月封裝出貨量將按照以往季節性走勢，不過目前看來，超豐12月業績，可較去年同期略優。

觀察第4季整體業績走勢，法人預估，超豐第4季業績較第3季拉回幅度，在個位數百分點。

超豐持續提升銅打線製程封裝比重。法人預估，今年累計到第4季，超豐銅打線營收占比可望到5成多。

法人表示，超豐封裝形態以Leadframe導線架封裝為主，與日月光高雄K7廠產品的封裝形態並不相同；日月光高雄K7廠部分停工，無涉於超豐既有封裝產能。
