【戴之聖／基隆報導】「小鴨怎麼那麼髒啊！」連續幾天每位民眾到基隆港看小鴨都會講這樣的話，雖然昨天已請民間公司用清水清洗，不過效果實在不佳，發起人黃景泰今天上午表示，已經提出多項清洗小鴨方案給霍夫曼的團隊，現在就在等霍夫曼點頭才能有下一步的動作，另外如果確定要清潔，也是要等基隆的天氣完全放晴後才可以實施。
