國道五號平原線收費 宜蘭人的我支持

報載國道五號平原線納入計程收費，宜蘭人抗議。不過，筆者身為在地宜蘭人，周邊親朋好友大多支持收費政策。

因為國道收費制度本該落實「使用者付費」精神，及基於「公平正義」原則，沒有道理平原線除外。

有立委質疑，平原線計程收費，駕駛人為節省通行費，會造成平面路段大塞車。其實收取費用，反倒會有更多民眾改搭火車及公車等大眾運輸系統，不僅比自己開車省錢，又可響應節能減碳，為改善環境品質出一點力，為何不？
