寒流逐漸減弱　白天起各地略微回溫

【張勵德／台北報導】今天清晨受到寒流及輻射冷卻效應影響，最低溫為嘉義的攝氏10.3度，台中也只有攝氏10.7度，白天起這波寒流略微減弱，各地氣溫會逐步回升，預計北部、宜蘭地區高溫回到攝氏16到17度，仍感覺較為偏冷；中南部及花東地區高溫約攝氏19到23度，日夜溫差較大。

氣象局表示，由於水汽慢慢減少，各地雨勢趨緩，迎風面的北部、東半部地區有局部短暫陣雨，中南部地區則維持多雲到晴的穩定天氣。

明天跨年夜除了東半部地區及北部山區有短暫雨外，其他地區大多維持多雲到晴的穩定天氣，不過各地早晚氣溫較低，中部以北地區低溫約攝氏10到12度，南部及東部地區低溫約攝氏12到16度，提醒民眾外出跨年記得多添加衣物禦寒。
