就差1分鐘多付465元　高鐵早鳥飛了

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名楊姓小姐與友人購買高鐵早鳥票，日前從左營到桃園時，進站時距發車只剩1分鐘，閘門禁止通行，只好改搭下班車，高鐵要求她須補足全額票；消基會表示，民眾到站時沒遲到，配合安全措施改搭下班車，反被懲罰多付票價不合理。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，楊小姐投訴指出，左營到桃園的高鐵早鳥票，每張單程945元，要進站時距發車只剩１分鐘，閘門禁止通行未搭上車， 站務員要求補足原票價1411差額，等於每張多付465元才能搭下班車，不滿只差1分鐘，早鳥優惠竟泡湯。高鐵回應，買早鳥票卻未搭乘指定班次須補足差額，是藉早鳥優惠分散尖離峰人潮，車門關閉時，閘門也跟著禁行，是顧慮搭車安全，現不會修改規定。
