譬如 A員工薪水60000 公司會幫他保勞健保投保金額是用60000下去算嗎? 健保自付大約 60000*4.91%*30%=884 公司負擔 60000*4.91%*60%*1.7=3005 勞保也是一樣用60000去算這樣算下來自付額其實蠻高的說公司負擔也很多還是說投保金額不是固定的? 想請問一下一般公司大概都是怎麼設定這投保金額? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.68.44
