俄羅斯南部城市伏爾加格勒(Volgograd)今天再傳出無軌電車爆炸攻擊事件，造成至少15人死亡，另有20人受傷，電車車體也皆全毀。這是伏爾加格勒火車站於29日傳出爆炸案後的第2起爆炸攻擊。

俄羅斯緊急部門辦公室發言人指出，初步估計，至少有15人因這起電車爆炸案喪生。而俄羅斯媒體引述匿名官員消息指出，這起爆炸案確實是鎖定無軌電車為目標的恐怖攻擊行動。

不過，目前尚無組織出面宣稱犯下此爆炸案。而伏爾加格勒一處火車站於29日也曾傳出爆炸攻擊，共造成16人死亡、近45人受傷，當局初步確認涉案者是「黑寡婦」亞斯娜諾娃(Oksana Aslanova)。

針對這2天連續發生2起爆炸攻擊，當局也正在深入調查其之間有無關聯。另外，在俄羅斯準備素溪冬季奧運之際，2天連續發生2起爆炸案，讓整座大城陷入緊張情勢，而普丁也已下令加強維安措施。
