【蔡明樺／台北報導】衛福部疾管署1年花30億元經費在愛滋用藥，已排擠其它疫苗採購，疾管署副署長周志浩今證實，該署正辦理採購愛滋用藥「卡貝滋」（Combivir）的學名藥，估計1年可省下9千萬元經費，周強調，愛滋學名藥已是世界趨勢，美國也這樣做，且成分與原廠藥一致，有國外經驗藥效不需擔心。

愛滋團體露德協會強調，愛滋用藥是救命藥，非一般的普拿疼可以說換就換，患者一旦換藥可能產生副作用、抗藥性，盼政府提出更多的學名藥藥效實證，讓患者放心。 該協會秘書長徐森杰說，該協會不反對政府採購學名藥，但應有配套措施，以卡貝滋為例，國內約9千名愛滋患者用此藥，若冒然改採學名藥，恐出現抗藥性，導致患者就算吃回原廠藥也可能無效。 周志浩說，愛滋學名藥採購若順利，最快明年4月就能配發到各醫療院所。
