國五側車道生變 頭城促還路

〔自由時報記者王揚宇／頭城報導〕國道五號側車道目前僅至礁溪宜四線，剩頭城段未闢建；頭城鎮公所發現，縣府竟將側車道經費移作他用，簡直把頭城人當作「細漢」，要求縣府兌現支票；縣府工務處表示，中央尚未補助經費，絕未挪作他用，縣府會全力向中央爭取。

頭城鎮長陳秀暖等人說，縣府在頭城鎮標售烏石港區重劃地獲利逾十億，如今側車道向北延伸至頭城所需的兩億元經費，竟然也移作他鄉之用，對頭城人很不公平，國道計程收費制度上路後，側車道延伸至頭城更具重要性，希望縣府幫忙協助側車道闢建至頭城。

縣府工務處長賴錫祿說，絕對沒有將經費挪用至別處，目前中央只核定側車道往北延伸至宜四線匝道，至於公所建議的替代路線方案是不同的案子，縣府會另案規劃向中央爭取經費。
