Hi 請問有在用mcool299的朋友 不知道你們的150回饋金是用在什麼身上 我自己是把它拿來抵kkox (149/月) 但是現在kkbox從12/27日開始 已經不可以用mcool299送的150回饋金來抵用 詢問客服的回應是 原本mcool299送的回饋金只可以用在行動加值網頁上 現在kkbox已經從行動加值網頁移到中華電信hami去了 所以不符合mcool回饋金抵扣的項目 目前中華電信的後端帳務人員說有可能以後都不可以抵了 大家可以去看看1月份的帳單有沒有被多收錢 (我被多收$20) 但是詳細的後許處理 客服回報還要再請示上級 有最新的狀況會再跟大家回報 -- Sent from my iPhone -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 221.120.4.218
