【陳建宇／高雄報導】擺明搶客！高雄市近年新案數量多，競爭激烈，為爭取客源，建案廣告花招百出，近來鳳山更有建商大方設置看板，凡持他案預約單者購屋即贈家電，爭取客戶上門。

去年底起鳳山區的鳳頂重劃區大樓案爆量，包含緊鄰的小港桂林地區，共有逾10棟大樓案，競爭白熱化。為爭取客戶，建案「NEW SKY」在路旁設立大型看板，清楚寫出只要客戶帶著鳳山、小港新案的預約單到該案購屋，就送價值20萬元的家電，欲中途攔截他案客戶。對此周邊其他個案人員不願發表意見，僅表示房子的好壞消費者自有評斷，不擔心受影響。
