連結車衝撞府大門　四關阻絕未攔住

總統府今晨5時許發生連結車衝撞事件，肇事的張姓駕駛竟駕著車輛直接衝進總統府大門，初判張男應是蓄意衝撞。據了解，連接車直接從凱道一路往總統府大門行駛，因車子有30噸重，加上速度過快，連闖府前4道阻絕：白鐵欄杆、地柱、地爪與階梯。

府前有三道固定衛哨，皆由憲兵負責，第一道2位便衣哨，第2道左右各1位武裝哨，第3道在門口，俗稱「車廳」，夜間衛哨部署1位，未武裝僅持電擊棒。

據了解，連接車衝撞時，衛哨警覺跳開，憲兵沒有人員受傷，但事關總統安維，憲兵指揮部召開緊急會議，了解事發當時狀況，以及相關衛哨處置是否適當。（陳培煌╱台北報導）
