不好意思，請問各位，我星期日的時候，有購買一隻支note3，可使用第二天即有當機狀況，通訊業者也叫我努力操它沒關係，但我使用後有問題即拿去與店家反應，店家則問我說是否重開機就沒事，確實是重開機後就沒事情了，可是到了第四天的時候，我手機放在包內也沒動到它，手機一拿出來就發生螢幕的問題，螢幕最左邊跳至最右邊，最右邊畫面則在最左邊，再送回店家卻表示還需要送神腦檢測，那請問七日內店家表示有問題的話，他換貨的標準到底是在哪裡？我應該要怎麼爭取自己購買手機的權益呢？感謝各位大大耐心觀看，謝謝。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 39.14.65.160
