1名范姓女子2011年察覺吳姓丈夫與呂姓女子過從甚密，又在丈夫口袋中搜出驗孕棒，偷偷在汽車放置錄音筆，前年逮到2人赴鶯歌一間汽車旅館， 范女也錄得呂女打給丈夫的電話內容，發現2人以「小一」稱自己。新北地院審查認為， 呂女知悉吳男已婚仍與對方泡湯共宿，判吳、呂賠償30萬元。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，判決書指出，范女與丈夫1998年曾辦理離婚登記，隔年2人復合，2011年3月間，吳男偷腥被發現，離家出走且提出確認婚姻關係不存在之訴。呂女指稱，吳男身分證配偶欄為空白，也以單身自居，2人不僅沒交往，也不知他已婚。法官審理認為，呂之與吳男對話中多次以「小一」稱呼范女，曾說「到底是不是『小一』打電話來」等語，可見她早知吳男已婚。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
