【動新聞】案發前拋股　小S夫面臨10年刑期

引爆國內麵包添加人工香精風暴的パン（音同胖）達人案，台北地檢署昨偵查終結，藝人小S的丈夫許雅鈞面臨最重10年徒刑。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，藝人小S的丈夫許雅鈞、公公許慶祥去年7月得知胖達人開始虧損後，大量出脫持股，規避損失1958萬餘元，檢方昨依《證券交易法》內線交易罪嫌起訴許慶祥、許雅鈞父子，以及基因公司董座徐洵平夫婦等4人，其中許雅鈞死不認罪，遭檢方建議從重量刑，最重可判10年徒刑。（胡治言／綜合報導）
