（中央社記者管瑞平苗栗縣29日電）苗栗縣長劉政鴻今天一大早就前往縣府各單位發送福袋，對於大埔拆遷案，內政部決定不上訴以及個人官司都低調不回應。

今天是農曆春節前最後一個上班日，劉政鴻上午到縣府各單位發放新春福袋，向員工表達祝賀、慰勉，面對媒體追問大埔案不上訴，後續要如何處理？他只表示「過年發紅包、馬年行大運、心想事成」。1030129
