BOE調查 英國四成民眾預期明年升息

英國央行（BOE）表示，隨著英國經濟轉強，對於未來12個月內升息的預期心理已攀至近兩年來新高。

根據BOE季度「通膨態度調查」，40%受訪者預期央行將在未來12 個月內升息，比率高於去年11月的34%，創下2012年5月來新高。另有37%受訪者預期利率將按兵不動。

BOE在利率調查增加一道新問題，詢問消費者預期一年內的借貸成本為何。50%受訪者預期基準利率將徘徊在0%至1%區間，35%則預期利率將處在1%至2%。

BOE貨幣政策委員會6日維持基準利率在0.5%不變，自2009年3月來一直按兵不動。央行總裁卡尼允諾，在失業率降至7%前，將維持利率在空前谷底不變。英國目前失業率為7.2%。

BOE調查也顯示，受訪者預期明年英國通膨率將降至2.8%，可望寫下2010年2月來新低。
