科技網站9to5Mac報導，蘋果公司正在研究代號為「Healthbook」的應用程式（app），將首度正式踏入行動保健和健身追蹤市場。

根據多個直接參與專案開發的消息來源，Healthbook用戶界面的靈感來自蘋果現有的Passbook，具有多重分頁，而Healthbook測式版能追蹤監控多種不同的保健資訊。

除生命數據如心跳速度和血壓外，這款app也內建緊急卡，由用戶自行填寫姓名、生日、用藥和血型等資訊。

蘋果據傳正使用最新的行動平台iOS 8來測試Healthbook，但不確定是否在釋出iOS 8時讓Healthbook亮相。

蘋果會從何處搜集用戶健康資訊也還不明朗。市面上多數運動保健app都和可穿戴裝置配合，例如健身腕帶，再以智慧手機或平板app記錄資訊。外界早已盛傳蘋果正在開發智慧手錶之類的穿戴裝置。
