Sony 出脫 SCE 擁有之 SQUARE ENIX 股份 預計獲利 48 億日圓

　　索尼（Sony）今（16）日公告，將把 100% 子公司索尼電腦娛樂（SCEI）保有之 SQUARE ENIX 控股的普通股全數（952 萬股）轉讓給 SMBC 日興證券。本次轉讓將替 Sony 2014 年度第 1 季的其他收益帶來約 48 億日圓的獲利。確切轉讓金額預定於 4 月 17 日上午公布。

　　根據 SQUARE ENIX 官方公布資料（2012 年 3 月 31 日），目前 SQUARE ENIX 控股所發行之股份總額為 1 億 1537 萬 596 股，SCEI 為僅次於原 ENIX 創辦人福嶋康博、福嶋康博名下之資產管理公司株式會社福嶋企劃的第 3 大股東，持股比例 8.25%。根據東京證券交易所今日收盤價格，SCEI 持有的 SQUARE ENIX 控股股份現值約為 160 億 4120 萬日圓。
