蔡英文：樂見和平、理性反核

蔡英文今下午到基隆市民進黨部傾聽基層黨工聲音，面對記者詢問，早上民進黨市議員聲援前民進黨主席林義雄絕食，在台電門口抗議核四議題，蔡英文回應，如果各界都能以和平理性的方式表達意見，相信更能讓議題聚焦，也鼓勵憂心核災問題的民眾發聲。
