蘇推憲改 謝：要有完整論述

民進黨上午舉行憲政論壇，民進黨主席蘇貞昌推動憲改。他說，國會議員席次應合理增加，2百至3百人間才符合比例，此外考、監兩院也應廢除。

行政院前院長謝長廷下午受訪表示，社會可能會質疑，國會現在113 席次也是過去民進黨要求的，應有完整論述，與社會對話，才不會讓人家覺得民進黨變來變去；憲改茲事重大，須徵求各界意見，超黨派、有共識，才有可能推動。
