美國量化寬鬆政策(QE)預定年底退場，加上美國經濟數據表現亮眼，市場預估美元將持續升值，壽險業者建議，趁此時選購美元保單，同時達到資產配置與壽險保障目的。

元大人壽表示，隨著巿場多元化與全球化，國人留學或工作及海外旅遊的比例漸升，外幣的重要度跟著水漲船高，民眾也建立起多元化幣別資產配置來分散風險的觀念，外幣保單成為市場接受度頗高的商品。

相對於新台幣保單預定利率僅2%至2.5%，目前市場上的美元保單預定利率大都在2.5%至2.75%，對於有保險與資產配置雙重需求的民眾來說，美元保單實為多元資產配置的首選。

元大人壽提醒，市場上美元保單種類眾多，民眾在選擇美元保單時，除了考量利率與報酬率外，更應以自身的需求與財務狀況進行評估與規劃，並詳閱內容條文，結合附加費用利率進行評估。(中央社)
