（中央社記者林琳柏林28日專電）到德國創業的外國人愈來愈多。2005年新成立的外資公司只有9萬家，2013年已增加到14萬5000家。這些多半從事建築、貿易和餐旅業公司的投資人幾乎全來自其他歐洲聯盟國家。

根據位於波昂的德國中小企業研究中心（Institute fuer Mittelstandsforschung）分析，近年來德國放寬對包括波蘭、捷克、斯洛伐克、匈牙利及波羅的海國家人民在德國受雇工作的限制，也讓這些國家的人民到德國的移民定居創業更容易。

研究中心的報告指出，2005年外國人在德國投資的新公司家數只占當年成立新公司總數的18.8%，到了去年所占的比例已達到42.7%。

不過，外國人在德國投資的公司規模多半只是員工在50人以下的小企業或是最多只有10名員工的微型企業。這些公司有45%從事建築業，18.2%是貿易業，10.2%是餐旅業。1030529
