標題[討論] RD vs 外商設備

RD聽名稱感覺很高等的職位， 但在台灣不知道為啥薪水不如去外商當設備？ KLA, ASML,LAM ,AMAT等半導體設備商當CSE，光大學學歷就月薪超越一堆碩士畢業的RD，而且CSE很多準時上下班除了值班當週 on call。 一直很好奇，為何大家會想選擇當RD的居多？當CSE領的錢月薪起跳就多一般RD約16k car allowance了，況且在加值班津貼、overtime allowance等之類，月薪至少比RD多 25k。 不知道大家會想對當RD想法是啥？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 223.142.65.92 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1404359388.A.1CB.html
