3個月聯手連環騙

〔自由時報記者王定傳／新北報導〕新北市張姓男子100年間接到化名為「林小琪」、「謝小雯」詐騙集團成員來電攀談，短短3個月內，集團成員就陸續以「妹妹不慎撞碎骨董需賠償」、「應徵脫衣陪酒需解約費」等超瞎理由騙走1658萬元。新北地院依詐欺罪，判集團成員高男1年4個月徒刑與6個月徒刑（此部分可易科罰金），可上訴。

判決書指出，張男上鉤後，「林小琪」詐稱沒錢繳保險費用，請求匯款資助，張男三度匯出合計310萬元幫助繳保險費。

同年10、11月間，集團成員又以「謝小雯」名義向張男求助，以「妹妹『謝小珍』不慎撞碎商店骨董，需支付賠償費」、「謝小珍應徵脫衣陪酒需支付解約費」、「謝小珍因故打傷同學需賠償醫藥費」等理由向張男騙款合計196萬元。

檢警循帳戶追出高男

11、12月間，集團成員又以「謝小雯」需款項以支付訴訟、律師費，討回香港房產，或以「謝小珍」遭人帶走，需款項才能帶回為由，向張男詐取合計1152萬元，從10月5日至12月19日，短短3個月內，張男共掏1658萬元「幫助」謝小雯與林小琪，卻未能見上心上人一面，察覺有異報警處理，檢警循帳戶追出高男涉重嫌。
