北京擬斥資2,393億元 防治大氣汙染

每日經濟網報導北京市財政局有關負責人透露，北京市計劃5年統籌資金人民幣478.5億元（約新台幣2,393億元），專項用於相關領域防治大氣汙染。

據了解，該資金主要用於燃燒汙染防治、機動車排放汙染防治等領域，並建立以滾動預算、深度統籌為支撐的大氣污染防治財政投入機制。

為嚴控大氣污染防治工作中的項目管理和資金使用風險，北京市政府特別成立北京市清潔空氣行動計畫項目評審工作委員會，組織專家及專業機構對項目實施方案進行聯合評審。
