近年隨著桃園航空城的推動，除帶動了周邊地區商業的發展外，也提高了國內航太人才的需求。來自桃園機場的「航合國際企業有限公司」及「航旺國際企業有限公司，因應航空城計畫的業務所需，7/17(四)上午9:00-12:30將至屏東潮洲國中辦理現場徵才活動，釋出至少400個以上的工作機會，不限學經歷，月薪最高33k起跳，歡迎求職民眾把握機會。

為國內專業航空飛行器維護修建的航合國際企業及航旺企業國際，除承攬中華航空、長榮航太的維修外，還囊括復興、長榮倉儲等多家航空相關業務。17日南下徵才主因應航空城及暑假的航運旺季而擴大徵才，此次將開徵飛機噴漆人員、清潔人員及客貨艙保養人員，至少需求400人。

航合國際表示，目前招募三大職缺均不限學經歷。只要有心學習、公司都願意從頭教起、全力培養。其噴漆人員月薪3萬3起、清潔人員3萬1起、客貨艙維修人員則為2萬8至3萬區間。
