赴中國開賭場被逮　退役少校求免罰當共諜

聯勤總部運輸署退役少校的李姓男子赴中國開賭場被逮，為求免罰，自甘淪為共諜，交付情報一次可獲3萬元人民幣及性招待。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，李男在中國吃上賭博罪官司，他不想繳罰款，解放軍知悉李男的背景，只要他返台刺蒐「固安作戰計畫」資料即可免罰，麻將館也不會再有麻煩，李還可獲3萬元人民幣及性招待等酬勞。

李男為了交差，從陸軍學術雙月刊、軍事防衛雜誌抄寫資料，剪貼成機密文件格式交付。陸方後來研判情報內容有問題，向李施壓。李再找軍中友人要資料，被檢舉是共諜。調查局國安站今年4月會同高雄市調查處搜索約談李到案，高雄高分檢最近依刺探蒐集國防秘密等罪嫌起訴他。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
