路樹隆地 南市府將斷根整平

〔自由時報記者王俊忠／台南報導〕東區裕聖公園旁行道樹竄根，使人行道磚隆起、地面凹凸不平，有民眾不慎摔跤向議員陳情。市府工務大隊會勘表示，將在本週挖開樹穴、斷根，用藥物包紮樹根傷口後再回填整平地面；會持續清查類似問題的行道樹，做斷根整平處理。

市議員曾培雅表示，近來接獲多位民眾反映「位於虎尾寮重劃區裕聖公園面向裕信路的人行道上，有一棵大行道樹竄根，致地磚隆起，路面變得凹凸不平，有人不慎踢到摔倒，輪椅族也過不了！」

曾培雅連絡市府第一工務大隊人員到場會勘，工務人員說，該樹應是「吉貝木棉」，樹長得很快，如同小葉欖仁、黑板樹一般都會有竄根、使路面隆起的問題。

工務人員蘇明嘉表示，未來樹木有可能會再竄根隆起，工務單位只能持續清查類似問題的行道樹，進行斷根整平工程；過去市府都是這麼做，如東寧路一帶多棵行道樹先前有相同問題，同樣執行斷根整平，還給行人較舒適的行走空間。
