人蛇仲介假結婚 雲檢起訴95人

（中央社記者葉子綱雲林縣14日電）雲林檢方偵辦莿桐鄉前林姓村長經營人口販運集團，仲介假結婚，今天起訴95人，其中包括29對人頭夫妻。

雲林地檢署指出，檢方出動梁義順等7名檢察官協同辦案，在今年4月指揮雲林縣警察局刑警大隊、移民署雲林專勤隊等60名警力，持20張搜索票，拘提莿桐鄉綽號「黑奇」的前林姓村長及其楊姓女友與同夥共6人。

專案小組並拘提人頭老公14人、假結婚非法入境的中國大陸女子14人，查扣教戰守則等；檢方在4月16日聲請羈押為首的林姓嫌疑人及台灣、大陸假結婚陸配等13人獲准。

雲林地檢署主任檢察官郭志明說，林姓嫌疑人等從民國100年起，在台中、彰化、南投、雲林、嘉義等地，媒介73對台灣男子與大陸女子假結婚，成功入境29名大陸女子，非法從事坐檯、陪酒及賣淫等，從中牟利。

郭志明表示，全案經4個月偵查終結，以違反人口販運防制法等罪嫌，起訴林姓嫌疑人及其楊姓女友等3組專營仲介兩岸人民假結婚集團、29對已入境台灣、大陸配偶及尚未入境陸配的人頭夫妻，共95人。1030814
