（中央社密蘇里州佛格森16日綜合外電報導）美國密蘇里州佛格森市發生白人警官擊斃無武裝非裔青少年，引發長達一週充滿種族緊張的一連串抗議和劫掠後，州長尼克森今天宣布佛格森進入緊急狀態並實施宵禁。

密蘇里州長尼克森（Jay Nixon）告訴記者：「為保護佛格森（Ferguson）的人民和財產，我今天簽署了宣布進入緊急狀態命令，並下令在受衝擊的佛格森地區實施宵禁。」

負責聖路易（St Louis）郊區佛格森市維安的州公路警察隊長強生（Ron Johnson）表示，宵禁將從午夜起始至清晨5時結束。

佛格森市8月9日發生白人警官射殺18歲非裔青少年布朗（Michael Brown）事件，引發一連串示威抗議和劫掠，州長尼克森指派強生隊長負責佛格森維安事務。(中央社)
