馮滬祥被控侵犯 更六審判有罪

（中央社記者劉世怡台北21日電）前立法委員馮滬祥被控性侵菲傭案，台灣高等法院今天更六審以強制性交罪判處馮滬祥有期徒刑3年4月，全案還可上訴。

馮滬祥被控在民國93年8月間，在家中性侵菲傭，事後雙方簽下和解書，菲傭拿到新台幣80萬元和解金後返回菲國。

馮滬祥一、二審及更一審時，都被以強制性交罪名判刑4年；更二審改依「利用權勢性交」罪，判處馮滬祥有期徒刑1年，減為6個月，可易科罰金。

高院更三審時，因被害人以skype方式當庭視訊，推翻警詢時指控，否認遭馮滬祥性侵，馮滬祥因而獲判無罪；更四審也判無罪；不過，高院更五審改判4年徒刑，更六審仍判有罪。1030821
