　　遊戲廠紅心辣椒登錄興櫃，再度處分棒辣椒持股250張，每股將交易299元，交易總金額7475萬元，預計處分利益約6926萬元，第三季可望認列。棒辣椒將於下周一(15)日登錄興櫃交易。

目前棒辣椒是國內唯一專注手機遊戲最具規模且能進入資本市場的公司，同時還能持續獲利，2013年營收達4.74億元，稅後淨利8956萬元，以股本1.2億元計算，每股盈餘7.46元；2014年前7月營收為4.45億元，稅後淨利7832萬元，每股盈餘6.53元，法人估計今年可望賺超過10元，以299元登錄興櫃後，有機會問鼎興櫃股王。

為因應棒辣椒登錄興櫃作業，因此今天宣布處分棒辣椒持股250張，每股交易金額為299元登錄價，母公司辣椒將可進帳6926萬元。
