邱文達：除惡務盡

衛生福利部長邱文達今現身食藥署餿水油說明記者會，宣示落實食品安全管理五大措施，並表示「該負的責任絕不逃避，除惡務盡。」

邱文達說，食品安全管理五大措施會盡快實施，以保障國人食用安全，包含優先將食用油製造及輸入業者納入食品追溯追蹤，並於10月31日前完成登錄；三級品管全面實施GHP等，另外，也會加強邊境跨部會聯合查驗，請各縣市衛生局提高檢舉獎金比例；法務部已答應派遣資深調查人員在食藥署駐點協助，也已指派專人討論法規修正，針對加重刑責、一罪不兩罰等爭議，本周提出具體方向。
