大安區跌3%　財長張盛和︰大家期待

財政部長張盛和今天被問及房地合一課稅時表示，已跟行政院長江宜樺報告過大方向，細節尚未確定，年底前定案。被問到大安區房價跌3%的看法，張盛和說︰「跌是大家期待」。
 
房仲擔心從不跌價的大安區，價格下跌會造成房價崩盤，張盛和說，房價緩步下跌，軟著陸是好的。他也認為，推動房地合一課稅與房市無關，沒有課稅不公平，財政部沒有打房。
 
至於巢運抗議，張盛和表示，支持巢運的訴求，對財政部推動房地合一課稅有幫助。自住屋持有一定時間原則上免稅，但也會考慮例外，如被法拍、生病變賣、離婚等。（林巧雁／台北報導）
